Cade’s mommy submitted one of his photos (below) from our recent shoot to Parents Magazine – Cade is in the running to become one of the weekly Reader’s Choice finalists! If he wins, he goes into the next round – the ultimate prize is a trip to New York City for a photo shoot for the cover of Parents Magazine!  We’re trying to get as many votes for Cade as we can, so when you get a chance, vote here!  Voting ends May 9th.
