Colin and Keaton

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting another great-looking family! This late in the season I was surprised there was still so much fall color left, but the scenery definitely didn’t disappoint and neither did my models. It was chilly outside, but their family definitely pulled together to get some great shots. Here are a few previews…

The Halls

“We have 14 people, 6 of them aged 4 and under” – when that is the first line of a conversation to set up a photo shoot, I knew I had to prepare myself for possible chaos! Things were actually going very smoothly, we just had one ‘casualty’ – one of the little ones fell/jumped? into the waterfall/fountain. Fortunately he was fine, just cold and wet. He stuck with us through the rest of the shoot, and we ended up getting lots of shots of this family of 14! These aren’t really their sneak peeks since they’ve seen all of their pics already, but here are some highlights from their session…

Khloe

Khloe is my brand new niece, and my husband and I were so excited to get to see her for the first time down in Atlanta. Seriously, she slept the entire time we were visiting with her, except of course during her photo shoot – ha!! But she was such a good girl. It was so much fun spending time with her and remembering all the little things newborns do – the noises they make when they eat and sleep, the wrinkly little foreheads they make, spreading their little toes. Khloe is so sweet – here are a few of my favorites…

Harper

Little Harper is such a beautiful baby, I only hope her photos do her justice. She has the most beautiful skin and such sweet, dainty features. She’s definitely one of the tiniest babies I have photographed, and she slept the entire time! I think a full belly did the trick! I love sleepy babies because they pretty much let you do anything. As restful as she was, we caught plenty of little smiles – it was awesome. Here are a few of my favorites…

Cade

Look how big Cade is getting! He is such a cute little man with a personality to match. He has grown so much since his newborn shoot. I love the little hat he was sporting. As you’ll see below, his daddy had his own hat to match. Here he is!
